Web Survey Bibliography
The article focuses on developments in the way online surveys are validated. On September 29, 2009 the Advertising Research Foundation's Online Research Quality Council (ORQC) published a framework called the Quality Enhancement Process (QEP). Also discussed is the ORQC and U.S. Chamber of Commerce's development of a system that rewards survey respondents for their participation while eliminating self-interest incentives.
